Shipping & Refunds
We aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours after placing your order. If we encounter any production delays we will reach out to you immediately with a revised estimated dispatch time. Please note that we operate Monday - Friday so orders placed on the Friday may result in early dispatch Monday-Tuesday the following week.
In order to cancel an order you must request this within the first 1 hour of placing your order. All orders are made to order meaning that we produce your order as and when you place it. We hold off from production up until this point but as soon as a we have started the process of creating your craft cutters we are no longer able to cancel your purchase. All sales are final after this 1 hour period. To avoid any conflict, please ensure that you are 100% committed to purchasing your chosen cutters and the size being purchased is correct. Once we cancel an order we will give you an estimate return on the funds back to your original payment method. Typically, for most banks, this is within 3-5 working days. We'll let you know if they suggest any shorter/longer periods once we cancel the order.
All orders are sent fully tracked, both domestic (UK) and international (USA, CA, EU, AUS). We do this to protect Crafty Cutters as well as being in your best interest to keep track of your cutters during transit. Once you order has dispatched you will receive notice of the tracking information via the email you provided at checkout. If you do not hear from us with your tracking information please use our contact form and reference your order number so the team can get back to you as efficiently as possible.
Crafty Cutters are not responsible for any injury or harm that may be caused by the use of our craft cutters, nor can we suggest how they are used once purchased, nor do we offer medical advice. Please use your best judgment and follow safety precautions. Please ensure you review the cutters before using. Refrain from using the cutter if you suspect or spot any potential signs of damage that could pose as a danger and risk of injury. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the toy is safe for use in a manner that you wish to use it. Please keep away from small children due to choking risks. Craft cutters should be stored away from young children to avoid potential medical emergencies.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes and tariffs required for their shipment delivery. Whilst we do choose delivery couriers that typically cover the cost of customs, you, the customer, are responsible for any additional fees that may arise upon it's arrival in your home country. If you fail to pay an customs chargers it is very likely that your craft cutters will be confiscated or returned to us. Additionally, if your order is returned to us due to being undelivered/not claimed, or a wrong address, the customer is responsible for any new shipping fees to have it sent again. A full refund cannot be provided in the instance of a return due to failure of customs charge payments not being made. We reserve the right to hold onto your product until you are able to repay the shipping fee/customs charges.
If your craft cutter arrives with a major flaw or defect which renders the product unsafe or unusable, we will provide a return shipping label, and once the item has been received we will process the refund or replacement. You must provide evidence within the first hour of your craft cutter arriving to be able to receive a refund or replacement. This must be photographic and video evidence showing the damage to the cutter and exterior packaging to act as proof for the damage caused to the cutter and how the flaw renders the product unsafe and unusable. If the cutter has been damaged during transit and the damage has been caused by the deliver courier, we will be able to recover material costs which will allow us to send out a replacement. Please note that if the cutter has been used this return policy does not cover any refunds or replacements. The craft cutter must be unused and show damage in it's original packaging. If, upon inspection, we find traces of clay, dough or any other material that the cutter may have already been used to cut, this will also void the return policy as damage could have been incured through the method you used. Please ensure you follow instructions as per the product description to avoid damage during use.
We do not offer local pickup of items. We understand that customers would like to save on shipping costs, however at this time we strive to maintain the privacy of our employees, and our home-based workspace.
