Yes, all orders are fully tracked from dispatch to final delivery. Once you have placed an order, we aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours. Once your order has successfully dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email notification detailing your tracking number and courier information.
No - you are not responsible for paying any additional fees at the border. The price you pay on our website is the final cost to you. In the rare case that additional fees are due, you will be expected to pay these in order to release your order from customs but we will happily reimburse you the cost once your cutters have been delivered. If we are able to make the payment on your behalf we will do this without your involvement but a lot of countries make the receiver of the item pay the fee directly rather than allowing us to do this on your behalf. Canada is especially known for charging customers additional fees upon their parcel arriving at the border despite us pre-paying.
Yes, as long as we have not dispatched your first order we are more than happy to include any additional cutters in the same shipment so that everything arrives together! The sooner you reach out the better to ensure we don't dispatch without adding any additional cutters to the box! If we have already dispatched your first order you would unforunately have to pay shipping on your second purchase. If, however, we haven't dispatched your first order, we will supply you with a free shipping discount code so that you don't have to be charged twice for shipping!
All of our polymer clay earring cutters are made using high-quality PLA plastic. PLA, is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane. Please note that PLA is not dishwasher safe so all of our polymer clay earring cutters are strictly handwash only in warm soapy water. All of our biscuit and cookie cutters are made using high-quality PETG plastic. PETG is known for it's impressive strength and food safe usage - making it the perfect material for helping bakers craft delicious cakes and treats! Please note that PETG is dishwasher safe so you may wash these cutters by hand or in a dishwasher on a standard setting.
Currently we only supply our cutters in white but we plan to offer different colours in the future for both our PLA and PETG cutters. Once demand is high enough for coloured cutters, we will actively look to add this option to our store moving forwards!

All of our clay and cookie cutters have a 0.3mm cutter edge to ensure you achieve a sharp cut with every press. We still recommend using polymer clay tools to assist with smoothing edges before baking or gently sanding your clay after baking for a prestine finish.

We would highly recommend checking out our recently blog 'What is the best polymer clay for earrings and jewlry?' to answer this question.
Working with polymer clay is fun, but it can be frustrating when the clay sticks to your cutters. Fortunately, there are a few reliable techniques to help prevent this issue.
One easy way to stop clay from sticking to your cutters is by using a release agent. Cornstarch or baby powder works well, as it forms a thin barrier between the cutter and the clay. This makes it easier to remove the clay without damaging your design.
Another option is to use plastic wrap between the cutter and the clay. This method prevents sticking while also giving your designs smoother, more rounded edges due to the slight compression effect.
Chilling your clay and cutters before use can also reduce stickiness. Place them in the freezer for a few minutes to make the clay firmer and easier to cut. Just be careful not to over-freeze the clay, as it may become brittle and crack.
Regular cleaning is essential to maintain smooth cuts and prevent clay buildup. After each use, wipe down your cutters with a damp cloth or baby wipe to remove any remaining clay. For more stubborn residue, gently scrub the cutter with a soft-bristled brush.
We strongly recommend using appropriate tools specifically designed for working with polymer clay and known for helping with clay earrings in particular. We personally recommend using the following product (click here) as this is what most of our team use when designing our own earrings. Whilst a cocktail stick might help release the clay should it get stuck in the cutters, it doesn't always do the trick or it might damage the clay you are working with. For this reason it is always best to invest in a small DIY tool kit.
We cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe as each courier will provide different estimates. Typically our domestic (UK) orders are delivered within 3-4 working days (standard delivery) and our international orders (USA for example) are delivered within 7-11 days (standard delivery) subject to customs clearance being cleared straight away. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. We operate Monday-Friday so if you place your order at the end of the week you may receive dispatch notice early the following week. A tracking number is provided with every order to ensure peace of mind knowing your order is on it's way and regular updates are provided to know exactly what stage your cutters are at in the delivery process.
Hand wash only in warm soapy water. Our clay cutters are not dishwasher safe so please avoid throwing them in as it will destroy the cutter.
